Job summary

Piedmont Concrete Contractors (PCC) in Charlottesville, VA, part of the Lee Construction Group family, seeks a Project Engineer to join our team. You will help manage schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring safety and compliance on commercial projects.

You'll read plans, coordinate with subcontractors, and report progress to the project leader. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is required, with 5 years of experience and a valid VA license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 5 years of commercial construction experience (concrete and rebar experience is a plus).
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Help manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Read and apply construction plans and specs.
