Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Knowledge of construction, engineering, or architecture principles.
• Comfortable reading blueprints and drawings.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic budgeting, scheduling, and cost control understanding.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with administration and oversight of construction projects.
• Support budgeting, cost coding, and cost estimates.
• Obtain permits and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams on schedules, invoicing, and logistics.
• Track and manage inventory, equipment, and supplies to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare regular project updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Assist with risk evaluation and resolving unexpected situations or challenges.
• Update and communicate project schedules to meet deadlines.
