HTU is seeking an entry-level project management-oriented professional to support civil and construction projects in Florida. You will create submittals and RFIs, coordinate from start to finish, assist with estimating, and support field operations while maintaining precise project costs.

You will interact with owners, architects, and engineers, and assist in scheduling projects and crews. Travel to project sites and flexible hours are expected to ensure project success and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel and work hours required to ensure project success.
• Interest in gaining entry-level project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Create Submittals and RFIs.
• Coordinate projects from start to finish, including assisting with estimating, project setup and closeout, supporting field operations, and maintaining detailed job costs.
• Work professionally with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Assist in scheduling projects and crews.
• Negotiate and purchase materials, maintain documents, and act as a contact with owners, architects, and engineers.
