Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory control experience.
• Proficient with inventory management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of construction materials, particularly underground utilities and sitework.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions.
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Forecast future needs to prevent stockouts.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Manager on inventory needs.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Assist with material reordering in the management system.
• Travel to visit vendors or company locations.
