Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and field execution across diverse projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will assist project setup, document control, and cooperate with Project Managers on contracts and procurement, review design docs and shop drawings, and coordinate with subs and owners to keep schedules, quality, and safety on track. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project setup, document control, and organization of project information.
• Support Project Managers in contract administration and procurement activities.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Review and process design documents, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and owners to maintain project schedules, quality, and compliance.
• Track and process RFIs, change events, and site documentation.
• Manage project closeout and punch list activities.
• Promote safety and adhere to applicable safety standards and best practices.
• Travel to project sites — extended travel up to ~40% is expected to support project coordination.
