Job summary

You will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet requirements, timelines, and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a construction-related field and up to 4 years of relevant experience, with OSHA 30 preferred and completion within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in reviewing drawings, specifications and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinates with project managers and teams to address technical questions and issues.
• Monitors schedules and budgets, tracks labor, and reports variances for corrective actions.
• Supports QA and safety protocols across all project phases.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation and technical records.
• Participates in project meetings and communicates updates to stakeholders.
