EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support operations teams across multiple job sites in Tennessee.

The role involves coordinating project activities, generating reports, and maintaining critical documentation to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion. The ideal candidate will have a engineering-related degree or equivalent internship experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Or 2 years’ related field experience via internships, co-ops, or industry employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in utilizing a wide range of computer software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, first-class customer service.
• Assist with the execution and management of project needs.
• Prepare and present computer-generated spreadsheets and reports.
• Maintain regular communication and collaboration with project team and stakeholders.
• Generate, maintain, and facilitate project documentation (RFI's, submittals, drawings, change orders, etc).
• Perform material take offs from drawings to help generate estimates and changes.
• Support the Project Superintendent and Project Manager with day-to-day field operations.
