Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is required.
• Strong estimate preparation and contract support experience.
• Hands-on field experience with project management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for bids and negotiated work.
• Review data to determine material and labor requirements for projects.
• Consult with clients, vendors, and others to formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and scheduling work and bid packages.
• Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to resolve construction issues.
