Energy Jobline ZR is seeking Estimators at multiple levels to support a growing commercial construction portfolio. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, and coordinating subcontractor bids. You will identify risks, support value engineering, and work with Operations, Business Development and leadership.

Levels I–V exist to place candidates based on experience and readiness, with opportunities to mentor others and contribute to strategic pursuits.

Formación

• Commercial construction estimating experience appropriate to level.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and pricing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate and well-documented cost estimates in accordance with company standards.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and scope analysis.
• Coordinate subcontractor bidding, coverage, and scope review.
• Identify risks, assumptions, and clarifications within estimates.
• Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and turnover meetings.
• Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Leadership.
