Job summary

You will help ensure project efficiency by coordinating submittals, materials delivery, logs, schedules, budgets, and safety initiatives. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering, industry experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred (healthcare, science & tech, corporate office, or education projects).
• Fundamental knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Understanding of the building permit approval process.
• Ability to learn and master required technology and software applications, including Procore, BlueBeam, Excel, MS Project, and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM and Superintendent with planning and daily execution of construction projects.
• Manage submittal approvals, logs, schedules, budgets, and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of materials and maintain logs.
• Participate in OAC meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Support procurement, change orders, RFIs, and subcontract administration.
• Maintain document control and distribute drawings and permits.
• Monitor work in the field and ensure quality control.
