Familiar with project controls, scheduling, and document control processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee and organize submittals, RFIs, show drawings, plan logs, permit logs, procurement logs, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate and input schedules, safety inspections, and quality checks.
Manage meeting minutes and project communications.
Ensure trades, systems, and sources have been examined for compliance, coordination, and approvals.
Provide support to project managers and superintendents.
