Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction or related field, and/or bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Oversee and organize submittals, RFI’s, show drawings, plan logs, permit logs, procurement logs, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate and input schedules, safety inspections, and quality checks
• Manage meeting minutes
• Ensure all trades, systems, and sources have been fully examined for compliance, coordination, and appropriate approvals
• Provide support to project managers and superintendents
