Job summary

KPRS Construction Services is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee documentation and controls for multi-family construction projects. This role focuses on ensuring alignment with contract documents and seamless project operations.

The ideal candidate will manage submittals, RFIs, schedules, and compliance, while supporting project managers and superintendents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction or related field; bachelor’s degree in construction management or related discipline.
• Proficient in plan reading, technical reading and writing, and critical thinking.
• Experience on mid-size to large projects across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and organize submittals, RFIs, show drawings, plan logs, permit logs, procurement logs, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate and input schedules, safety inspections, and quality checks.
• Manage meeting minutes.
• Ensure all trades, systems, and sources are examined for compliance, coordination, and approvals.
• Provide support to project managers and superintendents.
