Responsibilities

• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely materials procurement.
• Maintain accurate submittal logs and procurement logs.
• Implement and manage document control systems.
• Oversee project closeout process to ensure timely completion.
• Support the bidding process and assist Project Manager(s).
• Update and maintain master schedules with Project Managers.
