Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead liaison with Architects, Subcontractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Inspectors and Owner's Representatives to resolve plan and specification issues.
• Oversee and interpret contract drawings and subcontract information; ensure drawings relate to estimates.
• Manage project budget and submittals; review shop drawings for conformance.
• Process Change Orders: analysis, approvals, and coordination with Architect and Owner.
