• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of commercial construction experience in a Project Engineer role or similar capacity.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, drawing interpretation, and project controls.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project execution, including cost control, schedule management, and document coordination
• Manage and track submittals, RFIs, change requests, and associated logs to ensure timely resolution
• Support project buyout, subcontract administration, and procurement activities
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of project schedules, including short-interval planning and look-ahead schedules
• Monitor project costs, support forecasting, and assist with quantity tracking and cost reporting
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals to support construction activities and resolve field issues
• Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting agendas/minutes, and distribute follow-up documentation
• Support implementation of project quality control processes and documentation requirements
• Assist with safety planning, compliance tracking, and site safety initiatives
• Utilize project management and technology platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software, etc.) to support project execution
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned efforts
