Job Description

As a Project Engineer at Perini Management Services, you will:

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with architects and engineers, develop budgets, timelines, procurement plans, review design documents.
• Construction Management: Maintain project schedules, process change orders, secure vendors/subcontractors, monitor costs, mitigate risks, coordinate with security for base access.
• Construction Oversight: Oversee daily activities, ensure safety compliance, coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Documentation & Reporting: Document meetings, manage submittals and RFIs, support quality inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar.
• 3+ years of project engineering experience on Federal Projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Procore.
• Willing to travel and relocate to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
