A bit about us

Our client is a commercial design‑build construction firm serving clients throughout Michigan. The company specializes in a diverse portfolio of projects that includes industrial facilities, multifamily developments, healthcare environments, retail spaces, office buildings, and other commercial construction projects. Working collaboratively with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, this company emphasizes proactive planning, strong communication, and efficient project delivery while maintaining a focus on quality, schedule, and budget.

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting project teams throughout the construction lifecycle. Why join us?
  • Work for an established and growing construction company with a strong reputation in the Michigan market.
  • Gain exposure to a variety of commercial, industrial, and multifamily projects.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and company leadership rather than working within a heavily layered structure.
  • Build experience in the design‑build delivery process and develop a well‑rounded understanding of construction operations.
  • Enjoy a collaborative environment that values initiative, problem‑solving, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Opportunity for advancement into Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager roles.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a stable project pipeline.
Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively with field personnel, clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Desire to grow within a project management career path.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to visit project sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
