The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, teamwork, and long-term project involvement. A construction background and proficiency with MS Word/Excel are highly valued, along with telecom experience.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
• • Proven project management skills and ability to resolve complex problems.
• • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• • Construction background.
• • Purchasing experience.
• • Experience with Oracle; Norad is a plus.
• • Telecom experience.
• • Ability to organize resources and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• > Coordinate and facilitate work of multiple project teams.
• • Identify and remove barriers with subcontractors.
• • Provide timely status updates to Project Managers.
• • Maintain and update the company database.
• • Generate reports, pivot tables, and use VLOOKUP.
• • Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and close-out manuals.
• • Serve as primary contact with vendors and consultants.
