M. J. Electric, LLC in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support Project Management across safety, planning, scheduling, budgeting and reporting. You will assist with cost tracking, change orders, and client communications while coordinating with on-site teams to ensure schedule adherence.

The role involves maintaining records, submitting submittals, and participating in safety audits. Travel to projects is required as needed.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with project management software including Primavera P6 and MS Project.
