Job summary

Barnhart Crane & Rigging is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in budget and schedule control, meeting facilitation, and ensuring safety and efficiency across projects.

You will work with the project team to develop and communicate detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and help address risks and changes while maintaining client satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage project budgets and schedules.
• Proven leadership, communication, and planning skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new project team members.
• Coordinate projects safely and efficiently.
• Attend customer site visits to clarify scope and risks.
• Assist Project Manager with plan execution and change documentation.
• Monitor expenses and seek cost savings.
• Communicate project status and coordinate crews and equipment.
• Travel as needed and collaborate with field leadership.
