Ideal candidates will have OSHA 10, scheduling experience, and proficiency with Procore and common office software. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering projects on time and under budget.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Experience planning and scheduling.
• Ability to prepare a subcontractor scope of work.
• Experience with budgeting and financial projections.
• Experience with pricing, purchasing, negotiating, and preparing purchase orders.
• Experience reading and understanding drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in planning, directing, and coordinating construction and financial tasks.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders for the buyout process.
• Maintain project management documentation and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and communication.
• Support cost control, budget tracking, and profit projections.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety policies.
