Job summary

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established construction/engineering firm with headquarters in La Mirada, CA to assist in hiring an experienced Project Coordinator!

Open to working at any of the regional offices: La Mirada CA, Houston TX, Austin TX, Charlotte NC, Portland OR, Sumner WA, Fremont CA. The role covers purchasing support, Nexus data, schedule management, change orders, and collaboration with PMs, engineers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Business Management preferred.
• 1+ years Project Coordinator experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Nexus preferred.
• Field experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing activities, including generating material requests.
• Manage project data/documentation in Nexus.
• Assist with schedule management.
• Support change order processes and ensure documentation is maintained.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and customers.
• Monitor procurement-related issues.
