Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Project Coordinator in Vancouver, WA to provide essential administrative and operational support to the project team. The ideal candidate will assist with data entry, reporting, and schedule tracking, ensuring the project runs smoothly.

A strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications are required. The position offers a fantastic compensation package including 401(k), health insurance, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience supporting construction or project management teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative and operational support to the project team.
• Assist Project Managers with entering and updating construction schedules in MS Project.
• Track purchase orders and material arrival dates.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Analytical mindset and ability to manage data

Education

Associate degree (AA) preferred or equivalent applicable experience
