RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established construction/engineering firm to hire an experienced Project Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. This role supports purchasing, scheduling, and project data management across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Construction or Business Management, 1+ year of Project Coordinator experience, and familiarity with Nexus. Base salary is 70-90k plus benefits with opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Business Management (preferred).
• 1+ years Project Coordinator experience.
• Proficiency with Nexus (preferred).
• Field experience (preferred).
• Strong analytical & organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize industry codes.
• Effective communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support purchasing activities, including generating material requests.
• Manage project data/documentation in Nexus.
• Assist with schedule management.
• Support change order processes & ensure documentation is properly maintained.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers & customers.
• Monitor procurement-related issues.
