Job summary

Forbes Bros. Group of Companies seeks a Project Coordinator to provide administrative, technical, and field coordination support for construction projects across the US and Canada.

You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, field crews, and clients to ensure on-time, safe, and quality project delivery. The role covers documentation, scheduling, cost tracking, and safety coordination throughout the project lifecycle, emphasizing accurate records and clear information flow between field

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or Engineering Technology preferred.
• 2–5 years of project coordination or project controls/ construction administration experience in related industries.
• Experience supporting projects through full lifecycle from planning through completion is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change requests, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
• Maintain project tracking logs and ensure documentation is current, complete, and properly filed.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of day-to-day project activities.
• Participate in project meetings and document action items and follow-up activities.
• Support procurement activities, cost tracking, and project reporting.
