Job summary

Centurion Selection is partnering with a well-established General Contractor in Phoenix seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, execution, and completion of commercial projects. You will assist with documentation, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and financial tracking to keep projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of construction experience.
• Ground-up commercial or multifamily construction experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation
• Assist with project schedules, deadlines, and coordination
• Assist with estimating, bidding, and procurement activities
• Review plans, specifications, submittals, and RFIs
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and stakeholders
• Track project costs, changes, and commitments
• Communicate project progress and potential issues to the project team
