Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer
• Construction Management degree preferred
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Mechanically minded
• Collaborative work with Project Managers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Review project plans to determine materials, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for project phases
• Discuss and establish work plans with staff; assign duties and provide technical guidance
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure on-schedule progress within budget; review status reports
• Other responsibilities as assigned
