Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget by planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

The role requires 2 years of project coordination or related experience, a Construction Management degree preferred, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will work closely with Project Managers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer preferred.
• Construction Management degree preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Mechanically minded and able to work closely with Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, and resource allotment.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties and provide technical advice.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure the project is on schedule and within budget.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
