Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience in healthcare, PM, or engineering preferred.
• Education in project management methodology preferred.
• 3–5 years of journeyman field experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital purchasing and operating expenditures; assist with project budget management.
• Develop, maintain program/project information and documentation including agendas, minutes, schedules and status reports.
• Perform assigned individual project tasks and modules and contribute to team tasks.
• Conduct training for customers on projects as appropriate.
• Develop communication materials such as emails and brochures.
• Run reports and analyze data to support project work.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate multiple project meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
