Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support the Director of Construction Operations in a cross-functional role.

This position involves coordinating construction submittals, analyzing data, and supporting multiple project managers. The salary range for this role is ideally between $50,000 and $65,000, along with a full benefits package including health and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction submittals and processing.
• Analyze data and support multiple project managers.
• Perform site visits in support of pre-construction department.
