Job summary

Valleywise Health is seeking an Administrative professional to oversee the Engineering and Construction Department functions, including PMIS management, procurement, and budget tracking. You will coordinate with Contracts, Procurement, and Accounting, and support space management and staff relocations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in construction management or healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Construction Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Requires at least two years of experience, five preferred, in construction management or similar field, preferably in public sector or healthcare.
• Prefers PMIS Administrator training.
• Knowledge of the department’s PMIS or similar system is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of professional and construction services, furniture, and equipment from contractors and vendors.
• Track contracts, purchase orders, and invoices at a project level.
• Monitor project budget spreadsheets and ensure timely entries.
• Manage the PMIS, create workflows, monitor tasks, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Procurement, and Accounting departments.
