Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management services for clients in the construction sector. The role involves assisting the Project Manager to ensure quality, timely delivery, and efficient project execution.

You will help establish governance, processes, and systems; ensure information flows and is retained; and maintain strong client and team relationships, interfacing with executives and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry is preferred.
• BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or related field; relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in project controls or administration.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Expertise with Microsoft and Google Suite; Excel proficiency.
• Corporate Interiors and Tenant Improvement experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and efficient project completion.
• Help establish effective governance, processes, and systems for the project.
• Ensure critical information is shared and properly retained.
• Build and maintain strong client and team relationships; interface with stakeholders.
• Assist with flow of project information among team members and stakeholders.
• Attend meetings, track issues and actions, and monitor status.
• Develop detailed project plans and follow up on status with team members.
• Contribute to monthly client program reporting and dashboards.
• Prepare proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.
