Qualifications

• Collaborate with Project Manager to implement project goals.
• 3–5 years of construction management experience.
• Understand construction procedures and project management principles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with computers and programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Team player with leadership abilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, supervising and coordinating all aspects of construction projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Assist with negotiation and management of contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Assist the Project Manager in determining needed resources from start to finish with attention to schedule and budget details.
• Organize, file and maintain project documents.
• Ensure Clark’s health and safety culture, policies and requirements are met.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
