Rich Contracting Company, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Peoria, AZ. You’ll work directly with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving from bidding through closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple construction projects or programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple commercial construction projects at the same time.
• Support projects from bidding and preconstruction through construction and final closeout.
• Work with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents to ensure teams have what they need.
• Help coordinate bidding process including subcontractor solicitation, bid invitations, follow-up, and proposal tracking.
• Receive, organize, and track subcontractor and supplier proposals.
• Prepare, issue, distribute, and track subcontracts, purchase orders, and other project documents.
• Collect and track insurance certificates, W-9s, contracts, and subcontractor onboarding documents.
• Follow up with subcontractors, vendors, and team members when information is missing or deadlines near.
• Support field Superintendents with documentation and administrative needs.
• Keep electronic project files organized and accurate.
• Track outstanding items, approvals, deadlines, and deliverables.
