Job summary

Qualifications

• Construction admin experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain project documents, including contracts and change orders.
• Provide administrative support to project teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for documentation
• Track change orders and distribute information to team members
• Assist with project accounting, including invoicing entries
• Sort, prioritize, and distribute materials
• Provide occasional front-desk support and guest reception
