Job summary

Bowmen Engineering & Consulting (BEC) is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support the construction and project management teams. The role acts as a construction consultant to the project owner throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include handling RFIs and submittals, coordinating site visits, leading progress meetings with owners and stakeholders, and liaising with internal departments for inspections and change orders across the 17,000-acre DFW City campus.

Responsibilities

• Process RFIs and submittals.
• Coordinate site visits for owner, stakeholders and others.
• Attend weekly status meetings with owner, contractors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multiple DFW departments for inspections across project stages.
• Process change orders, obtain pricing, and track materials against the budget.
• Visit projects across the 17,000-acre campus to ensure work stays on schedule.
• Verify QA (DFW) and QC (contractor) requests and submit for approval.
• Other duties as assigned.
