• Process RFIs and submittals.
• Coordinate site visits and walk-throughs with owner, stakeholders and other parties.
• Participate in weekly status progress meetings with owner, contractors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments for inspections and progress walks.
• Process change orders, review scope, obtain pricing, liaise with estimator, and track procurement of materials.
• Visit construction projects across the 17,000-acre campus to ensure work is progressing as scheduled.
• Verify QA/QC requests and submit for approval.
