Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of mid-rise, high-rise, multi-family, and commercial construction projects. You will work with Project Managers and field teams to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality, and safety, helping projects meet timeline and scope.

The role requires hands-on site experience, strong organization, and potential to grow into senior leadership. Travel to active job sites daily is expected where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CM/CE/Architecture or related field.
• 2–5 years in construction project roles with exposure to mid/high-rise or commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs and project docs.
• Experience with Procore, PlanGrid and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and codes.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, executing and closing construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones; track critical path.
• Monitor budgets, track costs, forecasts, and assist with invoicing and pay apps.
• Coordinate subcontractor scopes, pre-construction meetings and logistics.
• Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and manage document control.
• Perform site visits to verify progress, quality and safety.
• Assist with procurement and delivery coordination to align with schedule.
• Collaborate with engineers, superintendents and design teams on drawings and changes.
• Support quality control and safety programs and punch list tracking.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and meeting minutes.
