Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in construction management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in project manager software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and best practices.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and conference calls with stakeholders.
• Track project progress and update schedules.
• Serve as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
• Assist with obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities including scheduling, payments, and evaluations.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
• Assist in conducting site inspections and audits to identify and address quality and safety concerns.
• Maintain records of safety meetings, inspections, and incident reports.
• Manage project-related correspondence and provide administrative support.
• Take site photos and save site documents to Dropbox.
