Qualifications

Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and specifications.
Create and maintain project schedules.
Monitor project expenses and financial performance; address budget changes.
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize costs.
Prepare project budgets and cost estimates to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Lead and motivate project teams including construction crews and support staff.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
Serve as primary client contact throughout the project duration.
Provide regular progress updates and address questions or concerns.
Identify risks and develop strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
Monitor projects closely and perform other duties as assigned.
