The Larry H. Miller Company is seeking a Commercial Development Intern for Summer 2027 at our Sandy, Utah location. You will assist the Commercial Real Estate Department, gain hands-on experience in financial modeling and market analysis, and contribute to development projects while learning about Larry H.

Miller Real Estate. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a university program (business, finance, accounting or real estate development) and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college program.
• Preferred majors are business, finance, accounting or real estate development.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong financial analysis and real estate concepts understanding.
• Able to commute to Sandy, Utah office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project research and strategic planning around LHM developments.
• Perform financial and market analyses.
• Participate in development meetings and offer recommendations.
• Support other duties as assigned.
