Roers Companies in Plymouth, MN is seeking an energetic Construction Project Coordinator to join our General Contracting team. You will assist with start-up, file maintenance, submittals, RFIs, and close-out tasks to help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of administrative construction experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests with Procore.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative work, preferably construction-related.
• Knowledge of general construction industry and relationships with trade partners.
• Experience on multi-family projects or understanding of construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Support project start-up, file maintenance, and plan distribution using project software.
• Document project status in design/preconstruction meetings.
• Maintain daily logs of on-site work, materials and delays.
• Coordinate with project team in Procore to manage submittals, RFIs, contracts and change orders.
• Distribute drawings and documents; keep materials current and filed.
• Prepare memos, meeting minutes, and emails; manage owner relationships.
• Provide day-to-day office support to Project Executive.
