Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Construction Coordinator I to support project teams by organizing punch lists, inventories, and production plans. You will process invoices under supervision and assist in training new project admins/clerks while performing basic inventory control and record retention tasks.

You will participate in field quality inspections, document conformance to plans and specs, and promote Mortenson’s safety culture. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn construction management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle detailed information and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, and work production plans.
• Process invoices and billing under supervision.
• Train new project admins/clerks.
• Perform basic inventory control and record retention duties.
• Conduct basic field quality and safety inspections and ensure conformance to plans and specs.
• Promote Mortenson’s safety culture and collaborate with diverse teams.
