Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support the Real Estate and Construction Projects Manager in the Phoenix, AZ area. The role focuses on coordinating construction activities, managing bid processes, and handling contract documentation for store openings and remodels.

The position requires strong organization, confidentiality, and familiarity with AIA contracts and construction admin tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in retail construction and construction administration.
• Preferred knowledge of bids and proposal processes.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of business information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management and coordination of construction projects, including new stores and remodels.
• Log bids, prepare GC contracts, and track pay apps and invoices.
• Coordinate vendor setup and project documentation; monitor costs monthly.
• Work with Legal, Real Estate, IT, Tax and Audit departments on project matters.
• Support training materials creation for construction teams and department systems.
