Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Construction Coordinator to assist the Real Estate and Construction Projects Manager in coordinating our construction department and deal-making process. The role is based in Phoenix with a hybrid schedule (in office Tue-Thu) and requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of construction practices.

The position involves logging bids, creating contracts, paying invoices via WorkDay, and monitoring project costs monthly while collaborating with Legal,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in retail construction and construction administration.
• Preferred knowledge of bids and proposal processes.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Construction Project Managers on new stores and remodels.
• Log bids on bid comparison form and monitor pay apps from GC’s.
• Prepare LOIs to GC after bid is awarded (within 10 business days).
• Create refrigeration contracts and request purchase orders; manage invoicing through WorkDay.
• Maintain project cost updates and report to Realty leadership on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate and train department and vendor teams on new Construction management tools.
