Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Eng., Construction Management or related field.
• 1+ years relevant work or internship experience; knowledge of general contracting a plus.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Familiarity with industry software: Bluebeam, Timberline, PlanGrid, P6 and MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of pre-construction, bidding/estimating, safety, budget and schedule control, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Aufgaben

• Review project plans and objectives with management to set project goals.
• Study product design, requirements, and standards to determine specs and cost estimates.
• Review contractor bids and coordinate technical aspects of the project.
• Prepare status reports and monitor schedules.
• Maintain an electronic project record and monitor QA/QC compliance.
• Interact with clients to interpret needs and requirements.
• Read drawings and prepare take-offs; manage RFIs and submittals.
