You will coordinate projects from proposal through completion with internal teams, vendors, and clients; manage documentation including proposals, quotes, POs, contracts, and invoicing; and serve as the main contact for updates, timelines, and installation

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years administrative experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with quotes, changes orders, progress billing, and/or contract review preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from proposal through completion, partnering with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time, accurate execution.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including proposals, RFPs, quotes, purchase orders, contracts, and invoicing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, communicating status, timelines, deliveries, and installation details to stakeholders.
• Track project financials by supporting billing, monitoring profitability, and coordinating with Finance on contract and accounting-related activities.
• Coordinate purchasing, scheduling, and vendor management activities to keep projects organized, compliant, and on schedule.
