Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is recruiting for an experienced project coordinator to support contract management, reporting and project record-keeping. The role includes preparing subcontracts, change orders, and payroll information while maintaining accurate project documentation and supporting the accounting team with subcontractor invoices and draws.

The candidate will work within a collaborative team to ensure safety, timely results, and compliance with project requirements, using tools

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of A/E/C office experience.
• Knowledge of construction terminology.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and the ability to learn other software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for safe work within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.
• Provide support to the project team to ensure timely and quality results; generate letters, reports, change orders and forms as required.
• Prepare subcontracts and/or project work authorizations, including riders and certified payroll information.
• Maintain contract document records including owner contracts and change orders to ensure timely recording in Spectrum.
• Manage subcontractor document compliance including document tracking, holds, and payment.
