Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced project coordinator to prepare contracts, create reports and maintain project records. The role supports the project team to ensure timely, high-quality results and requires strong office experience in A/E/C settings.

The position offers opportunities for growth and advancement, with a focus on collaboration and process improvement across Spectrum and Textura workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in A/E/C office work or related construction education.
• Knowledge of construction terminology is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and ability to learn other software quickly.
• Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and clear communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the project team to ensure timely and quality results.
• Generate letters, reports, change orders, forms and other materials.
• Prepare subcontracts and project work authorizations with riders and payroll info.
• Manage subcontractor document compliance, tracking, holds and payment.
• Initiate monthly draws in Textura for subcontractor and owner payments.
